“Complementary therapies are used alongside, or in addition to, conventional medical treatments. They do not claim to treat or cure cancer. People use complementary therapies to boost their physical or emotional health. Or to relieve symptoms or side effects of conventional treatments.” – (Macmillan Cancer Support)
The Mulberry Centre offers a wide range of complementary therapies, after assessment we may offer clients a number of one-to-one therapy sessions.
All therapies are carried out by qualified and experienced practitioners who adhere to their professional code of conduct and are registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Our amazing team of therapists are all volunteers and give their time free of charge.
Following COVID-19 guidelines for health and social care settings, we are offering limited face to face sessions as well as some Complementary Therapies over the phone and
online. Our therapist are also able to provide personalised aromatherapy inhalers by post.
