Spring Wellbeing Challenge
Many of us struggled at the beginning of the year with lockdown and for some it was difficult to get motivated. As restrictions slowly begin to lift, now is the perfect time to improve your wellbeing and get fitter, as we start to enjoy the great outdoors along with the warmer weather and the lighter days ahead.
It is never too late to set new goals, focus on a challenge and learn something new whilst helping to raise vital funds for those who need it most.
Walk, run, cycle or scoot, whatever you can do to challenge yourself and keep moving! If you want to get social you could organise an online quiz, a virtual coffee morning, teach someone else a new craft and ask for a donation, or you could challenge yourself to phoning a friend each day to stay connected, and collect sponsorship from your friends and family for each time you make a call. You could donate what you are saving on those extra costs (such as coffees and travel expenses) whilst working from home.
