A slow passive form of yoga that helps to reflect on inner peace and meditation, allowing breath to be slowed and relaxed.

This Group session is guided by our highly experienced and qualified teacher Raj Nijjar who will tailor the session to your needs and ability with individual support.  Yin Yoga may help:

  • Increase circulation in the joints
  • Improve flexibility
  • Release tension
  • Aids relaxation.
