The Whisper
This workshop is specifically designed for those who experience emotional impact while caring for their loved ones, families & friends members. We understand that at this time we can be dealing with a wide range of challenging emotions.
During this relaxed and informal workshop, we will explore effective strategies for managing and processing these emotions. We will delve into techniques that can empower us to navigate the challenges we face as cares and you will be invited to join in with activities such as expressing your feelings by whispering them confidentially on paper or through creating a collage.
The session will provide us with tools that we can use in the future.
This informal workshop will look at ways to help express the emotions you feel in a safe space.
