Table tennis is a great, gentle sport that can help you build strength, speed and agility.
As part of The Mulberry Centre’s Strength and Balance programme we are pleased to offer table tennis sessions facilitated by an English Table Tennis Association Coach.
The benefits of playing table tennis may include:
- Increased hand-eye coordination, stimulates mental alertness and concentration
- It’s easy on the joints
- Helps burns calories
- Offers a social outlet
- Keeps your brain sharp
- Improves reflexes, balance and coordination.
Available on weekly Fridays from 2.00pm and on the second Wednesday or each month from 6.30pm
