Table tennis is a great, gentle sport that can help you build strength, balance, coordination and agility. We are pleased to offer two table tennis sessions weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The benefits of playing table tennis may include:

Improves reflexes, balance and coordination.
Which session should I attend?
Wednesdays from 4.30pm: These sessions are for those clients who already have some experience of table tennis and would like to play each other in a fun game.
Thursday from 2.30pm: facilitated by an English Table Tennis Association Coach, these sessions are available for those who may not have tried table tennis before or would like to return to table tennis.
