Table tennis is a great, gentle sport that can help you build strength, speed and agility. 
Table tennis is easy on the joints, helps burn calories, improves flexibility, balance and coordination.  The benefits may include mental alertness, concentration,
increased hand-eye coordination.

Weekly on Thursdays

  • Beginners session from 2.30pm to 3.15pm

  • Mixed Level session 3.15pm to 4.00pm

All equipment provided at the Centre.
