Table tennis is a great, gentle sport that can help you build strength, balance, coordination and agility. We are pleased to offer two table tennis sessions weekly on Thursdays.

Thursday from 2.30pm: facilitated by an English Table Tennis Association Coach, these sessions are available for those who may not have tried table tennis before or would like to return to table tennis.
