Exercise for Osteoporosis
This class offers effective exercise for osteoporosis using light weights resistance bands and mat-based work. The focus is on controlled, joint-friendly movements with elements of Pilates to safely build strength, balance, posture, and confidence.
Suitable for most fitness levels. This class takes place fortnightly on Tuesdays.
