Every Friday

The class will use the aid of a chair in a sitting position to work on breathing exercises and gentle body movements. 

This Group session is guided by our highly experienced and qualified teacher who will tailor the session to your needs with individual support.  Seated Yoga may help:

  • Calm and balance the mind and body.
  • Reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Increase circulation.
  • Improve flexibility.
  • Release fascia and improve joint mobility.
  • Balance the internal organs and improve the flow of chi or prana.
