Manage Stress and Reduce Tension

This monthly class will start with a short talk about stress and anxiety, how it effects differently  to everyone.

Learn self-help skills to manage stress, anxiety, reduce tension and promote mental and physical relaxation, aiding restful sleep.  Coping techniques will be introduced and practiced, followed by guided relaxations.
