This monthly class will start with a short talk about stress, anxiety and how it affects everyone differently.

Learn self-help skills to manage stress, anxiety, reduce tension and promote mental and physical relaxation, aiding restful sleep.  Coping techniques will be introduced and practised, followed by guided relaxations.
