Learn how to relax the body, calm the nervous system and slow down a busy mind

We all know how stressful life can be.  This online six-week course will teach you to bring calm and tranquility to your everyday life by showing you gentle yet powerful relaxation routines.  You don’t need any prior experience to participate.  Anyone can benefit and learn how to use techniques such as a gentle breath work and simple visualisations in order to begin to ‘rest, restore and re-balance’.
This course would normally cost more than £50, we are delighted to be able to deliver this course free of charge to our clients on a first come first served basis.
This course will run from every Tuesday from 7th of June to 12th of July for 6 weeks – Places available
