Do you want to move and feel better no matter what your present level of fitness is?
Pilates can help improve mobility, flexibility, balance, muscle strength and decrease fatigue.
These sessions will focus on a different part of the body every week and will include hips, arms, core, rotation/side bending, balance and putting it all together.
This class is for anyone able to do floor exercises regardless of age, gender or fitness level. Our facilitator will ensure that all exercises are performed safely within your limits. Suitable for most fitness levels.
This class takes place fortnightly Tuesdays.
