Would you like to improve your flexibility and posture?

Pilates can help improve mobility, flexibility, balance, muscle strength and decrease fatigue.
Pilates exercises focus on strengthening the core, enabling better overall movement and joint mobility.
This class is for everyone regardless of age, gender or fitness level.  Our facilitator will ensure that all exercises are performed safely within your limits.
Suitable for all levels of fitness.  This class takes place weekly on Tuesdays.
