Pilates Class with Joe
Do you want to move and feel better no matter what your present level of fitness is?
Pilates can help improve mobility, flexibility, balance, muscle strength and decrease fatigue.
These sessions will focus on a different part of the body every week and will include hips, arms, core, rotation/side bending, balance and putting it all together. Our facilitator will ensure that all exercises are performed safely within your limits.
Suitable for all levels of fitness. This class takes place fortnightly on Thursdays.
