Improving the pelvic health for men
Yoga can be beneficial for improving the pelvic health of men. These fortnightly sessions are for men only.
The aim is to strengthen the hip and pelvic area, with a focus on building up the strength in the lower back and hamstrings. All abilities welcome with most of the exercises done laying down on a mat. This session is suitable for anyone undergoing radiation therapy. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
