Our volunteers will be leading short gentle walks in the surrounding area of Syon Park.
Some of the benefits of walking include:

Leaving The Mulberry Centre at 10.30am. Every week on Wednesday, weather permitting!
As the weather is now warmer please bring water, sun cream and a hat.
The first Wednesday of each month the health walks will meet at The Mulberry Centre at 10.30am to walk to Syon Park and then sit outside The London Apprentice to for a chat, until 2.30pm. Clients may like to bring a picnic lunch & flask of tea/coffee. The sessions are suitable for all clients that are able to walk to Syon Park and onward, or those able to walk to Syon Park and once there, enjoy the views from a bench.
