Stay active, enjoy a healthy walk
Our volunteers will be leading short gentle walks in the surrounding area of Syon Park.
Some of the benefits of walking include:

Improves mood
The first Wednesday of each month the health walks will meet at The Mulberry Centre at 10.30 to walk to Syon House Gardens until 1.30pm. Clients may like to bring a picnic lunch and a flask of tea/coffee plus a hat and sunblock in warmer weather.. The sessions are suitable for all client that are able to walk to Syon Park and on ward around the garden or those once there, enjoy the views of the Lake and conservatory from a picnic bench.
