This fortnightly workshop provides an opportunity to learn how to use effective techniques to calm the mind.
  • EFT uses a gentle tapping technique on face and body acupuncture points to change the way we think and feel.
  • Many people have found that EFT eases pain and discomfort quickly and effectively, helping them cope with the challenges of cancer treatment.
  • EFT can be used to assist positive thinking, helping people face challenges with confidence and hope.
