When you began your cancer journey you probably thought that it would end with the end of treatment. The reality can be very different for many cancer survivors. Common feelings are anxiety, worry, fear, anger, loneliness, uncertainty and low self-esteem. Much as it is important to look after your body after treatment, you also need to take care of your emotions.
But where do you start? This workshop will be packed full of practical ways to cope with your feelings after cancer. It will give you self-help tools and tips to help you deal with the many conflicting emotions that are the hallmarks of living life post-treatment.
