Restorative Yoga
This class is a restorative yoga practised at a slow pace, focusing on breath work, gentle stretching and relaxation. The class is appropriate for all levels from complete beginners and will help ease the mind and body. Starting from a warm-up on our yoga mat, we will then use props like chairs and blocks to transition to standing postures and assisted balancing sequences, followed by a relaxation on our mat using bolsters and blankets for a deep relaxation to end the class.
